Our Story

The name isn't an accident. Southwest Aesthetics+ is named for Southwest Oklahoma, the place that raised its founder, and built with the luxe western charm to match. Mikayla Wells, PA-C, grew up in these communities and came back to build a practice she could stand behind — one where the care is honest and the results look like you. With more than five years of injecting experience, she plans treatments around the whole face rather than one service at a time, so patients leave looking rested and refreshed rather than worked on.

Southwest Aesthetics+ serves Lawton and the surrounding communities, including Altus, Duncan, Elgin, Cache, Sterling, Chattanooga, and Fort Sill.
